A no experience necessary program for the absolute Beginner who wants to step out and have some fun.
Participants will learn easy steps that form the foundation of line dancing, in a friendly, inclusive social environment.

This program provides an opportunity for individuals, who have completed Step One of our program.
Step Two classes build on the basic steps and line dances are tought at a leisurely pace,
eviews and recaps are common place, and music is varied and Fun. Dances are selected
to help improve physical and copgnitive health, balance and coordination.
Tuesdays 2:15 pm - 3:15 pm Beginning September 10th
Fee: $50.00 plus HST

The VON SMART program is a research and evidence based exercise and fall prevention program.
Program is Free for community members 55+
Program is client focused and tailored to the needs of the participants.
Interested participants can register directly with the VON.

Brad's Place Addiction Treatment of Southern Georgian Bay are pleased to be partnering with WBCA - Wasaga Beach Car Addicts in support of the Wasaga Beach Food Bank. Car Shows are on Wednesdays 6 -9 until Oct 16. Proceeds of the 50/50 tickets are shared between Brad's Place and the Food Bank. Come out and the enjoy the cool cars or sign up your car for the show with a cash donation to the Wasaga Food Bank, good times to be had for all! Events are subject to cancelation due to weather.

The Seniors Active Living Centre has basic supplies on hand, including numerous puzzles,handlooms, crochet needles, paint and brushes.
Participants are encouraged to share talents within the program so everyone can learn new things.

The benefits of chair yoga include loosening, stretching of muscles, reducing chronic pain, decreasing stress and improving circulation.
Chair Yoga also helps in reducing anxiety using breathing exercises and medication.

The group is for older adults who are confident beginner dancers at a minimum.
Individuals will have the opportunity to improve technique and styling, while learning new dances and reviwing old favourites.
