Participants meet on Wednesday mornings in the Active Living Centre building

located at 1621 Mosley st.  This group walks for approximately .45 to 60 minutes

The centre is located close to the Provincial Park, Beach 5 and the Carly Patterson Trail.

Participants should dress for weather, and wear appropriate foot wear for walking on a variety of surfaces.
